Staffanes sends SMS text message notifications to help administrators and contractors stay informed about shift activity on the platform. This page explains what messages you will receive, how to opt in, and how to opt out at any time.
Consent Disclosure
By checking the SMS opt-in box during account setup, you agree to receive SMS messages from StaffAnes regarding shift opportunities, shift confirmations, shift reminders, scheduling updates, and timesheet notifications. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support.

How to Opt In
SMS notifications are opt-in only. Users opt in during the account onboarding wizard by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default — no pre-checked boxes, no implied consent. Users must actively check the box to agree. Types of Messages You May Receive

Message frequency varies based on platform activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using either of these methods:
- STOPReply STOP to any SMS message from Staffanes. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent.
- APPIn-app settings: Navigate to Settings → Notifications, disable the SMS toggles for all notification types, and/or clear your phone number field.
After opting out via STOP reply, you can re-enable SMS at any time by returning to your notification settings in the app.

Privacy
